Getting help
For help with the TRUE Original Shopify app — installation, setup, or a certificate that did not issue — email SUPPORT_EMAIL_TBD. Please include your store's .myshopify.com domain and, if it is about one order, the order number.
What the app does
TRUE Original issues a TRUE certificate of authenticity for qualifying orders on your store, writes the certificate link back onto the order, and shows the buyer that link (with an optional QR code) on the Thank-you and Order-status pages. You choose which products qualify and which product fields fill each certificate.
Setting it up
- Open the app from your Shopify admin under Apps → TRUE Original.
- Connect your TRUE account (you are sent to TRUE to approve — no token to type).
- Choose which products get certified, then map your product data to the certificate.
- Send yourself a test certificate from Settings, then turn on delivery and go live.

Common questions
- An order did not get a certificate. Open the app's Orders tab and use Preview on the order to see whether any line item matches your trigger rule, then Issue to retry. Issuing is safe to repeat — an order is never certified twice.
- A certificate is waiting in Review. Your Issuance Rules can hold certificates (for example when a required field is empty). Open the Review tab to check, edit, and issue or discard them.
